By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: And that he was seen of Cephas, then of the twelve: After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. After that, he was seen of James; then of all the apostles. And last of all he was seen of me also, as of one born out of due time. For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. Therefore whether it were I or they, so we preach, and so ye believed.

هذا الذى أيضا خلصتم من قبله. لانى بالكلام بشرتكم ان كنتم تتمسكون به. والا فباطل قد امنتم. لانى سلمت اليكم اولاً ما قد اخذته ان المسيح مات عن خطايانا كما فى الكتب وانه دفن وانه قام فى اليوم الثالث كما فى الكتب. وانه ظهر لصفا ثم ظهر للاثنى عشر. ومن بعدهم لاكثر من خمس مئة أخ معاً اكثرهم باق احياء إلى الآن ومنهم من قد رقد ثم ظهر ليعقوب ثم تراءى لسائر الرسل. وفى أخر جميعهم أنا الذى مثل السقط ظهر لى أيضا وانا اصغر الرسل كلهم ولست اهلا لان ادعى رسولاً من اجلى انى اضطهدت بيعة الله وبنعمة الله صرت إلى ما أنا عليه. ونعمته التى فى ليست بباطل بل قد تعبت أكثر من جميعهم. ولكن لا أنا بيل نعمة الله التى معى فسواء كنت أنا ام اولئك فهكذا نبشر وهكذا امنتم.

Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order

وان كام يكرز بالمسيح انه قام من الاموات. فكيف صار قوم بينكم يقولون انه ليست تكون قيامه للاموات. فان لم تكن قيامة للاموات فالمسيح اذن لم يقم وان كان المسيح لم يقم فكرارتنا باطلة وباطل أيضا ايمانكم وسنوجد نحن أيضا شهود زور لله. حيث قد شهدنا على الله انه قد اقام المسيح وهو لم يقمه ان كان الاموات لا يقومون فان كان الاموات لا يقومون فلا يكون المسيح قد قام أيضا وان كان المسيح لم يقم فباطل هو ايمانكم وانتم بعد تحت خطاياكم أو لعل الذين رقدوا فى المسيح قد هلكوا وان كنا فى هذه الحياة فقط نوجوا المسيح فنحن اشقى جميع الناس والان قد قام المسيح من بين الاموات وصار باكورة المضطجعين. وكما انه بانسان كان الموت، كذلك بانسان أخر تكون قيامه الاموات وكما انه فى آدم يموت الجميع، كذلك فى المسيح أيضا سيحيا الجميع كل واحد فى رتبته.

تبارك الله أبو ربنا يسوع الذى حسب رحمته الكثيرة ولدنا ثانية لرجاء دخول الحياة بقيامة يسوع المسيح من الاموات لميراث لا يفنى ولا يتدنس ولا يضمحل محفوظ فى السموات لاجلكم انتم الذين بقوة الله وبالايمان محفوظين للخلاص المعد ان يعلن فى الزمان الأخير الذى به تبتهجون الآن قليلا مع انكم الآن ان كان يجب تحزنون بتجارب كثيرة متنوعة لكى تكون تزكية ايمانكم كريمة وهى اثمن من الذهب الفانى المجرب بالنار فتوجدون بفخر ومجد وكرامة عند ظهور يسوع المسيح. ذلك الذى وان لم تعرفوه تحبونه ذلك الذى وان كنتم لا ترونه الآن لكن تؤمنون به. فتبتهجون بفرح لا ينطق به ومجيد نائلين غاية ايمانكم خلاص نفوسكم.

وفى عشية السبوت عند فجر احد السبوت جاءت مريم المجدلية ومريم الأخرى لتنظرا القبر وإذا زلزلة عظيمة قد حدثت لان ملاك الرب قد نزل من السماء ودحرج الحجر عن باب القبر وجلس فوقه، وكان منظره كالبرق، ولباسه ابيض كالثلج فمن خوفه اضطرب الحراس وصاروا كالاموات فأجاب الملاك وقال للنسوة لا تخفن أنت، لانى علم انكن تطلبن يسوع المصلوب، لنه ليس ها هنا، بل قد قام كما قال تعالين وانظرن إلى المكان الذى كان فيه فاسرعن واذهبن وقلن لتلاميذه انه قد قام من الاموات وها هوذا يسبقكم إلى الجليل وهناك ترونه ها أنا قد قلت لكن فلما ذهبن مسرعات من القبر فى خوف وفرح عظيم وركضن لتخبرن تلاميذه وإذ يسوع لاقاهن وقال : سلام لكن فاما هن فأمسكن بقدميه وسجدن له حينئذ قال لهن يسوع لا تخفن واذهبن واعلمن اخوتى ان يذهبوا إلى الجليل وهناك يروننى وفيما هن ذاهبات وإذا قوم الحراس جاءوا إلى المدينة واخبروا رؤساء الكهنة بكل ما حدث فاجتمعوا مع الشيوخ وتشاوروا واخذوا فضة كثيرة واعطوها للجند قائلين قولوا ان تلاميذه اتوا ليلاً وسرقوه ونحن نيام وإذا سمع الوالى هذا الكلام اقنعناه نحن وجعلناكم مطمئنين اما هم فأخذوا الفضة وفعلوا كما علموهم وذاع هذا القول عند اليهود إلى هذا اليوم وما الأحد عشر تلميذاً فذهبوا إلى الجليل إلى الجبل الذى عينه لهم يسوع فلما رأوه سجدوا له اما بعضهم فشكوا فجاء يسوع وخاطبهم قائلا: قد اعطيت كل سلطان فى السماء وعلى الأرض فاذهبوا وتلمذوا كل الأمم وعمدوهم باسم الأب والابن والروح القدس وعلموهم ان يحفظوا جميع ما اوصيتكم به وها أنا معكم كل الأيام والى انقضاء الدهر آمين.والمجد لله دائماً

Now when they were going, behold, some of the watch came into the city, and shewed unto the chief priests all the things that were done. And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers, Saying, Say ye, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept. And if this come to the governor's ears, we will persuade him, and secure you. So they took the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day.

وفى احد السبوت باكر جدا انين إلى القبر، وقد احضرت العطور التى اعددتها ومعهن نسوة اخريات، فوجدن الحجر مدحرجا عن القبر فدخلن ولم يجدن جسد الرب يسوع وفيما هن متحيرات من أجل هذا، إذا رجلان وفقا منهن فى ثياب براقة فصرن فى خوف ونكسن وجوههن إلى الأرض، فقالا لهن: لماذا تطلبن الحى بين الاموات؟! ليس هو هنا لكنه قام، اذكرن كيف كلمكن وهو فى الجليل قائلاً " انه ينبغى ان يسمل ابن الإنسان إلى ايدى أناس خطاه ويصلب، وفى اليوم الثالث يقوم. فتذكرن كلامه ورجعن من القبر واخبرن الأحد عشر وجميع الباقين معهن اللواتى قلن هذا الرسل، فترآى لهم هذا الكلام كالهذيان ولم يصدقوهن، فقام بطرس وركض إلى القبر وتطلع إلى داخل، فرأى الأكفان وحدها، فمضى إلى بيته متعجباً مما كان.

And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:

واما أنا فدودة أنا ولست إنسانا عار للبشر ورذالة للشعوب كل اللذين ابصرونى استهزأواى بى تكلموا بشفاهم وحركوا رؤوسهم وقالوا ان كان امن واتكل على الرب فليخلصه ولينجه ان كان اراده.

لا تتباعد عنى فان الشدة قريبة. وليس من معين. أحاطت بى عجول كثيرة. ثيران سمان اكتنفتنى فتحوا على افواههم مثل الاسد الذى يخطف يزأر قد احاطت بى كلاب كثيرة زمرة من الاشرار احدقت بى. ثقبوا يدى ورجلى واحصوا كل عظامى وهم تأملونى فأبصرونى اقتسموا ثيابى بينهم وعلى لباسى اقترعوا وانت يارب لا تتباعد عن معونتى التفت إلى نصرتى نج نفسى من السيف ومن يد الكلب بنوتى الوحيدة خلصنى من فم الاسد وتواضعى من قرن ذى القرن الواحد
