Therefore, son of man, speak to the house of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord: Hitherto have your fathers provoked me in their trespasses in which they transgressed against me. Whereas I brought them into the land concerning which I lifted up mine hand to give it them; and they looked upon every high hill, and every shady tree, and they sacrificed there to their gods, and offered there sweet-smelling savour, and there they poured out their drink-offerings. And I said to them, What is Abama, that ye go in thither? and they called its name Abama, until this day. Therefore say to the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord, Do ye pollute yourselves with the iniquities of your fathers, and do ye go a-whoring after their abominations, and do ye pollute yourselves with the first-fruits of your gifts, in the offerings wherewith ye pollute yourselves in all your imaginations, until this day; and shall I answer you, O house of Israel? As I live, saith the Lord, I will not answer you, neither shall this thing come upon your spirit. And it shall not be as ye say, We will be as the nations, and as the tribes of the earth, to worship stocks and stones. Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord, I will reign over you with a strong hand, and with a high arm, and with outpoured wrath.

لأجل ذلك كلم بيت إسرائيل يا أبن آدم، وقل لهم : هذا ما يقوله أدوناى الرب، إلى هذه الساعةأغضبنى آباؤكم بآثامهم التى سقطوا فيها أمامى، وأدخلتهم إلى الأرض التى بسطت يدى عليها لأعطيهم إياها. فرأوا كل تل عال، وإلى أسفل كل الأشجار المورقة وذبحوا هناك الذبائح للآلهة وقربوا البخور فى ذلك الموضع وسكبوا هناك سكائبهم فقلت لهم : ما هذه الأبانا المرتفعة التى تدخلون إليها ؟ فدعى أسمها أبانا إلى هذا اليوم، لذلك قلت لبيت إسرائيل هذا ما يقوله الرب، إذ كنتم ستتنجسون بآثام الآباء وتتبعون أرجاسهم بتقديم باكورات تقدماتكم وإجازة أبنائكم فى النار، تتنجسون بجميع أفكاركم إلى هذا اليوم، وأنا أيضاُ هل أجاوبكم يا بيت إسرائيل ؟ حىأنا، يقول أدوناى الرب إننى لا أجاوبكم، سوف لا يخطر هذا على بالكم ولن يكون هذا، إذ تقولون إننا سنصير مثل الأمم وكقبائل الأرض وكنفوس البشر فنبعد الخشب والحجر، فلذلك حى أنا يقول أدوناى الرب، إننى بيد عزيزة وبذراع عالية وبغضب مسكوب أملك عليكم. مجداً للثالوث القدوس

ابى الذى أعطانى إياها هو أعظم من الكل، فلا يقدر أحد أن يخطفها من يد أبى. أنا وأبى واحد. فتناول اليهود حجارة ليرجموه فأجابهم يسوع قائلاً : أعمالاً كثيرة حسنة أريتكم إياها من عند أبى، فمن أجل أى عمل ترجموننى. فأجابه اليهود قائلين : لسنا من أجل عمل حسن نرجمك بل لأجل تجديف، لأنك وأنت إنسان تجعل نفسك إلهاً. فأجابهم يسوع وقال : أليس مكتوب فى ناموسكم أنا قلت أنكم آلهة، فإن كان قد قال آلهة لأولئك الذين صارت إليهم كلمة الله ولا يمكن أن ينقض المكتوب فالذى قدسه الآب وأرسله إلى العالم أتقولون له أنتم أنك تجدف لأنى قلت أنا إبن الله. إن كنت لا أعمل أعمال أبى فلا تؤمنوا بى، وإن كنت أعملها فإن لم تؤمنوا بى،فآمنوا بالأعمال، لتعلموا وتعرفوا أنى أنا فى أبى وأبى فى.والمجد لله دائماَ

O you foolish obstinate, corrupt and contrary people, listen to the Divine clement praise the faithful saying; what the Father has given me is more precious than all the things on earth, and no one can take them away from my Father’s hand. The Father and I are one with the Holy Spirit without separation. When the Jews in their envy picked the rocks to stone him, He responded to them in modesty saying: I did among you good deeds from my Father. What do you stone me for when I seek your salvation. Know and be certain you foolish Jews that I am in My Father and My Father in Me.

أيها الناس الجهلة المعاندون، الشعب النجس، والمخالف، اسمعوا الرحوم بفمه الإلهى يمدح المؤمنين به قائلاً : الذى أعطانى الآب هو أعظم من كل من على الأرض، وليس أحد يقدر أن يخطفهم ولا يسلبهم من يد أبى، وأنا والآب واحد مع الروح القدس بغير إفتراق. وللوقت تناول اليهود حجارة بحسد عظيم ليرجموه، فأجابهم المخلص بوداعة ليعلمهم : أظهرت لكم أعمالاً حسنة مكرمة جداً من عند أبى، من أجل أى شئ ترجمونى وأنا أريد خلاصكم ؟! إعملوا وتيقنوا أيها اليهود الجهال أننى فى أبى وأبى في.

Christ our Savior, has come and has borne suffering, that through His passion, He may save us.
