Deuteronomy 8:19-9:24

Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲏ̅: ⲓ̅ⲑ̅ ϣⲃⲗ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲑ̅ : ⲁ̅ - ⲕ̅ⲇ̅

التثنية ٨ : ١٩ - ٩: ١ – ٢٤

And it shall come to pass if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and shouldest go after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall surely perish. As also the other nations which the Lord God destroys before your face, so shall ye perish, because ye hearkened not to the voice of the Lord your God.

Ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲙⲱⲩ̀ⲥⲓⲓⲥ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛϣⲡⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡ̀Ⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅: ϫⲉ ϯⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ: ϫⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲉ̀ⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲟ. Ⲙ̀ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ̀ ⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲥⲱϫⲡ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ: ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁ Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲫϯ ⲧⲁⲕⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲁⲧ̀ϩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲟ: ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲉ̀ⲫ̀ⲙⲁ ϫⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ ⲙ̀Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ.

قال موسى لبني إسرائيل: "إني أشهد عليكم اليوم السماء والأرض أنكم تهلكون لا محالة. كبقية الأمم التي أبادها الرب من أمام وجوهكم، كذلك تهلكون. لأجل أنكم لم تضغوا لصوت إلهكم."

Hear, O Israel: Thou goest this day across Jordan to inherit nations greater and stronger than yourselves, cities great and walled up to heaven; a people great and many and tall, the sons of Enac, whom thou knowest, and concerning whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Enac? And thou shalt know to-day, that the Lord thy God he shall go before thy face: he is a consuming fire; he shall destroy them, and he shall turn them back before thee, and shall destroy them quickly, as the Lord said to thee.

Ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲡ̀Ⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ⲭ̀ⲛⲁⲉⲣϫⲓⲛⲓⲟⲣ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲒⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ: ⲉ̀ϣⲉ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲕ̀ⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ: ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲩⲧⲁⲕⲧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ⲛ̀ⲥⲟⲃⲧ ϣⲁ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ. Ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲱϥ: ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁ̀ⲫⲱⲫ: ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲕⲥⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ: ⲉ̀ⲁⲕⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧⲟⲩ: ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣ̀ⲟ̀ϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲕ: Ⲉⲕⲉ̀ⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ ϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲧⲉⲣϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϣⲓ ϧⲁⲧ̀ϩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲕϩⲟ: ⲟⲩⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ ⲉϥⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲡⲉ: ⲉϥⲉ̀ϥⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ: ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲫ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅.

اسمع يا إسرائيل، أنت اليوم ستعبر الأردن لكي تدخل وترث أمما عظيمة ومدناً محصنة ومشيدة إلى السماء، قوماً عظاماً طوالا، بني الجبابرة الذين عرفتهم وسمعت عنهم. ومن الذي يقدر أن يقف أمام بني عناق؟ فاعلم اليوم أن الرب إلهك هو الذي يتقدم بالمسير أمام وجهك بنار آكلة. هو يبيدهم ويستأصلهم سريعاً كما قال الرب.

Speak not in thine heart, when the Lord thy God has destroyed these nations before thy face, saying, For my righteousness the Lord brought me in to inherit this good land. Not for thy righteousness, nor for the holiness of thy heart, dost thou go in to inherit their land, but because of the wickedness of these nations the Lord will destroy them from before thee, and that he may establish the covenant, which the Lord sware to our fathers, to Abraam, and to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲣϫⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲕϩⲏⲧ ϫⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲧⲁⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲁϥⲉⲛⲧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲕ̀ⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲥ: ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲛⲓⲙⲉⲧⲁ̀ⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ: Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲁϥⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁⲧ̀ϩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲕϩⲟ. Ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲧⲉⲕⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲁⲛ: ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲡ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲃⲟ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲕϩⲏⲧ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ⲭ̀ⲛⲁϣⲉⲛⲁⲕ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲕ ⲉⲣⲕ̀ⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ: ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ϩⲓⲛⲁ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲧⲁϩⲉ ϯⲇⲓⲁ̀ⲑⲏⲕⲏ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧⲥ: ⲑⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲱⲣⲕ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲕⲓⲟϯ Ⲁⲃⲣⲁⲁⲙ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲓ̀ⲥⲁⲁⲕ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲓⲁⲕⲱⲃ.

لا تقل في قلبك: إنه من أجل برّي أخرجني الرب لأمتلك هذه الأرض الجيدة، ولأجل إثم هؤلاء الشعوب يبيدهم الرب من أمام وجهك. ليس من أجل برّك وطهارة قلبك تمضي لترث أرضهم، بل ليفي بالعهد الذي أقسم به لآبائك إبراهيم واسحق ويعقوب.

And thou shalt know to-day, that it is not for thy righteousnesses the Lord thy God gives thee this good land to inherit, for thou art a stiff-necked people.

Ⲉⲕⲉ̀ⲉ̀ⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲧⲉⲕⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲁⲛ : Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲁϯ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲕ̀ⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ: ϫⲉ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁϣⲧ ⲛⲁϩⲃⲓ.

واعلم اليوم أنه ليس من أجل برّك يعطيك الرب هذه الأرض لترثها، لأنك شعب صلب الرقبة.

Remember, forget not, how much thou provokedst the Lord thy God in the wilderness: from the day that ye came forth out of Egypt, even till ye came into this place, ye continued to be disobedient toward the Lord.

Ⲁ̀ⲣⲓⲫ̀ⲙⲉⲩⲓ̀ ϫⲉ ⲁⲕϯ ⲟⲩⲏⲣ ⲛ̀ϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲙ̀Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ϩⲓ ⲡ̀ϣⲁϥⲉ: ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀Ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ϣⲁⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲙⲁ: ⲉ̀ⲣⲉⲧⲉ ⲛⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁⲧⲑⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ ⲟⲩⲃⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ.

واذكر ولا تنسى أنك كم أغضبت الرب في البرية، من اليوم الذي خرجتم فيه من أرض مصر إلى أن جئتم إلى هذا المكان؟ ولا تزالون تقاومون الرب.

Also in Choreb ye provoked the Lord, and the Lord was angry with you to destroy you; when I went up into the mountain to receive the tables of stone, the tables of the covenant, which the Lord made with you, and I was in the mountain forty days and forty nights, I ate no bread and drank no water. And the Lord gave me the two tables of stone written with the finger of God, and on them there had been written all the words which the Lord spoke to you in the mountain in the day of the assembly. And it came to pass after forty days and forty nights, the Lord gave me the two tables of stone, the tables of the covenant.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϧⲉⲛ Ⲭⲱⲣⲉⲃ ⲟⲛ ⲁ̀ⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϯϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲙ̀Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ: ⲁϥⲙ̀ⲃⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϥⲉⲧⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ. Ⲁⲓⲛⲁϣⲉⲛⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϭⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲝ ⲥ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲇⲓⲁ̀ⲑⲏⲕⲏ: ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥ ⲥⲉⲙⲛⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ: ⲛⲁⲓⲭⲏ ⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲛ̀ⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲛ̀ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲣϩ: ⲱⲓⲕ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲱ. Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲛ̀ϯⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲝ ⲥ̀ⲃⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲱ̀ⲛⲓ ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲧⲏⲃ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ: ⲉⲩⲥ̀ϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓⲱ̀ⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁ Ⲫ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲓ ⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲑⲱⲟⲩϯ. Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲛ̀ⲉ̀ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩ̀ⲙⲉ ⲛ̀ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲣϩ: ⲁ̀ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ϯⲛⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϯⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲝ ⲥ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲇⲓⲁ̀ⲑⲏⲕⲏ.

حتى في حوريب أسخطتم الرب. فغضب الرب عليكم ليبيدكم. فمضيت أنا وصعدت إلى الجبل لآخذ لوحي العهد الذي قطعه الرب معكم. ومكثت على الجبل أربعين يوماً وأربعين ليله، لم آكل خبزاً ولم أشرب ماءً، وأعطاني الرب لوحي الحجر المكتوبين بأصبع الله. ومكتوب عليهما جميع الكلام الذي كلمكم الله به على الجبل في يوم الاجتماع. وفي نهاية الأربعين نهاراً والأربعين ليلة، أعطاني الرب لوحي العهد.

And the Lord said to me, Arise, go down quickly from hence, for thy people whom thou broughtest out of the land of Egypt have transgressed; they have gone aside quickly out of the way which I commanded them, and have made themselves a molten image.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲛⲏⲓ: ϫⲉ ⲧⲱⲛⲕ ⲙⲁϣⲉⲛⲁⲕ ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲧⲁⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ: ϫⲉ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲕⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲛⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀Ⲭⲏⲙⲓ: ⲁϥⲉⲣⲡⲁⲣⲁⲃⲉⲛⲓⲛ ⲛ̀ⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ ϩⲓⲡⲓⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕϩⲉⲛϩⲱⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ: ⲁⲩⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧϩ.

وقال لي الرب: قم انزل عاجلاً من هنا، لأنه قد أثم شعبك الذي أخرجته من أرض مصر، وزاغوا سريعاً عن الطرق التي رسمتها لهم، وصنعوا لأنفسهم تمثالاً مسبوكاً.

And the Lord spoke to me, saying, I have spoken to thee once and again, saying, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiff-necked people. And now suffer me utterly to destroy them, and I will blot out their name from under heaven, and will make of thee a nation great and strong, and more numerous than this. And I turned and went down from the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire to heaven; and the two tables of the testimonies were in my two hands.

Ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡ̀ϭⲟⲓⲥ ⲛⲏⲓ ϫⲉ ⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲡ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲥ̀ⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲓϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ: ϫⲉ ⲡⲁⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ϩⲁⲛⲛⲁϣⲧ ⲛⲁϩⲃⲓ ⲛⲉ: Ⲭⲁⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁϥⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲥⲁⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ: ⲛ̀ⲧⲁⲁⲓⲕ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲉϥⲟϣ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲱϥ ⲉ̀ϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ: Ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲓⲕⲟⲧⲧ ⲁⲓⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲁϥⲙⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲭ̀ⲣⲱⲙ: ϯⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲝ ⲥ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲱ̀ⲛⲓ ⲛⲁⲩⲭⲏ ⲧⲁϫⲓϫ ⲥ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ.

وقال لي الرب: قد قلت لك مرة ومرتين أن هذا الشعب صلب الرقبة. دعني فأبيدهم من تحت السماء، وأجعلك شعباً أعظم وأكثر كثيراً منهم. فرجعت ونزلت من الجبل، والجبل يشتعل بالنار، ولوحا الحجارة في يدي.

And when I saw that ye had sinned against the Lord your God, and had made to yourselves a molten image, and had gone astray out of the way, which the Lord commanded you to keep; then I took hold of the two tables, and cast them out of my two hands, and broke them before you. And I made my petition before the Lord as also at the first forty days and forty nights: I ate no bread and drank no water, on account of all your sins which ye sinned in doing evil before the Lord God to provoke him. And I was greatly terrified because of the wrath and anger, because the Lord was provoked with you utterly to destroy you; yet the Lord hearkened to me at this time also. And he was angry with Aaron to destroy him utterly, and I prayed for Aaron also at that time.

فلما رأيت أنكم قد أخطأتم إلى الرب، وصنعتم لكم عِجلاً مسبوكاً، وزغتم عن الطريق التى أوصاكم بها الرب، طرحت اللوحين من يدي وكسرتهما قدامكم. ثم طلبت من الرب مرة ثانية كالأولى: أربعين نهاراً وأربعين ليلة لم آكل خبزاً ولم أشرب ماءً، من أجل كل خطاياكم التي أخطأتم بها، بعملكم الشر أمام الرب لإغاظته. لأني فزعت إذ غضب الله عليكم ليبيدكم. فاستجاب لي الرب في تلك المرة، وغضب الرب على هرون جداً ليبيده. فصليت من أجل هرون أيضاً في ذلك الوقت.

And your sin which ye had made, even the calf, I took, and burnt it with fire, and pounded it and ground it down till it became fine; and it became like dust, and I cast the dust into the brook that descended from the mountain.

أما الخطية التي عملتموها والعجل الذي صنعتموه، فأني أخذته وأحرقته بالنار وحطمته وسحقته حتى صار ناعماً كالغبار. ثم طرحت غباره في أسفل وادي السيل المنحدر من الجبل.

Also in the burning, and in the temptation, and at the graves of lust, ye provoked the Lord. And when the Lord sent you forth from Cades Barne, saying, Go up and inherit the land which I give to you, then ye disobeyed the word of the Lord your God, and believed him not, and hearkened not to his voice. Ye were disobedient in the things relating to the Lord from the day in which he became known to you.

وبالحريق والتجربة في قبر الشهوات كنتم تُغضبون الرب إلهكم. وعندما أرسلكم الرب من قادش برنيع قائلا: اصعدوا لترثوا الأرض التي أنا أعطيتها لكم فعصيتم قول الرب ولم تؤمنوا به ولم تسمعوا لصوته. ولم تزالون عاصين الرب من يوم أن ظهر لكم.

اسمعي أيتها السموات واصغي أيتها الأرض فإن الرب تكلم. ربيت بنين ونشأتهم أما هم فعصوا علي. الثور يعرف قانيه، والحمار معلف صاحبه، أما إسرائيل فلم يعرفني، وشعبي لم يفهمني.

Ah sinful nation, a people full of sins, an evil seed, lawless children: ye have forsaken the Lord, and provoked the Holy One of Israel. Why should ye be smitten any more, transgressing more and more? the whole head is pained, and the whole heart sad. From the feet to the head, there is no soundness in them; neither wound, nor bruise, nor festering ulcer are healed: it is not possible to apply a plaister, nor oil, nor bandages. Your land is desolate, your cities burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, and it is made desolate, overthrown by strange nations. The daughter of Sion shall be deserted as a tent in a vineyard, and as a storehouse of fruits in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city. And if the Lord of Sabaoth had not left us a seed, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been made like Gomorrha.

ويل للأمة الخاطئة، الشعب الممتلئ إثماً، النسل المخالف، تركتم الرب وأغضبتم قدوس إسرائيل ستحل بكم ضربات لأنكم أزددتم إثماً. كل الرأس مريض، وكل القلب سقيم. من أخمص القدم إلى قمة الرأس جراح وكلوم وقرحة ملتهبة. لم يوضع عليها مرهم ولا دهن ولاعصائب. أرضكم تخرب. ومدنكم تحرق بالنار. وكوركم تؤكل قدامكم. وقد أخربت وانهدمت من الشعوب الغرباء. وتبقى ابنة صهيون كمظلة في كرم وكخيمة في مقثأة. كمدينة منهوبة. ولولا أن رب الجنود أبقى لنا بقية، لصرنا مثل سدوم وشابهنا عمورة.

Now therefore enter ye into the rocks, and hide yourselves in the earth, for fear of the Lord, and by reason of the glory of his might, when he shall arise to strike terribly the earth. For the eyes of the Lord are high, but man is low; and the haughtiness of men shall be brought low, and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day.

هذا ما يقوله الرب: أدخلوا في الصخور واختفوا في الأرض من أمام خوف الرب ومن أمام مجد قوته إذا قام ليهشم الأرض لأن ألحاظ الرب عالية والإنسان ذليل وسيذل ارتفاع البشر ويتعالى الرب وحده في ذلك اليوم.

For the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and haughty, and upon every one that is high and towering, and they shall be brought down; and upon every cedar of Libanus, of them that are high and towering, and upon every oak of Basan, and upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, and upon every high tower, and upon every high wall, and upon every ship of the sea, and upon every display of fine ships. لأن يوم رب الجنود سيأتي على كل معتد ومتعظم وعلى كل من استعلى وتشامخ فيذلون وعلى كل أرز لبنان المتعالى الشامخ وعلى كل شجر بلوط باشان وعلى كل جبال عال وعلى كل اكمة مرتفعة وعلى كل برج شاهف وعلى كل سور منيع وعلى كل سفن البحر وعلى كل منظر سفن البحر الحسنة ويذل كل إنسان ويسقط ارتفاع البشر ويتعالى الرب وحده في ذلك اليوم.

And they shall hide all idols made with hands, having carried them into the caves, and into the clefts of the rocks, and into the caverns of the earth, for fear of the Lord, and by reason of the glory of his might, when he shall arise to strike terribly the earth. For in that day a man shall cast forth his silver and gold abominations, which they made in order to worship vanities and bats; to enter into the caverns of the solid rock, and into the clefts of the rocks, for fear of the Lord, and by reason of the glory of his might, when he shall arise to strike terribly the earth.

ويخفون جميع عمل أيديهم ويحملونه إلى المغائر وشقوق الصخور وفي ثقوب الأرض من أمام صوت الرب ومن مجد قوته. إذا قام ليهشم الأرض في ذلك اليوم يخرج الإنسان رجاسته من الفضة والذهب التي صنعوها ليسجدوا لها والأباطيل والأشباح ليذبحوها في ثقوب الأرض والصخور الصلبة وفي شقوق الصخور من أمام صوت الرب ومن مجد قوته إذا قام ليهشم الأرض مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

Land, land, hear the word of the Lord. Write ye this man an outcast: for there shall none of his seed at all grow up to sit on the throne of David, or as a prince yet in Juda.

يا أرض يا أرض إسمعي كلمة الرب: اكتبوا هذا الرحل عقيماً رجلاً مرذولاً منبوذا لا يصير عظيماً في أيامه ولا يكبر من ذريته إنسان، يجلس على كرسي داود رئيسا من الآن على بيت يهوذا.

Woe to the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of their pasture! Therefore thus saith the Lord against them that tend my people; Ye have scattered my sheep, and driven them out, and ye have not visited them: behold, I will take vengeance upon you according to your evil practices. And I will gather in the remnant of my people in every land, whither I have driven them out, and will set them in their pasture; and they shall increase and be multiplied. أيها الرعاة المفسدون والمبددون في مكان رعيتكم، لذلك هذا يقوله الرب عن الرعاة الذين يرعون شعبى، انتم قد شتتم غنمي وبددتموه ولم تتعهدوها، فهآنذا انتقم منكم حسب أعمالكم الشريرة يقول الرب، اجمع بقية شعبي من جميع الأرض التي فرقتها إليها وآتى بها إلى مراتعها فتنمو وتكثر وأقيم عليها رعاة يرعونها، فلا تخاف منذ الآن ولا ترتعد يقول الرب.

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will raise up to David a righteous branch, and a king shall reign and understand, and shall execute judgment and righteousness on the earth. In his days both Juda shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell securely: and this is his name, which the Lord shall call him, Josedec among the prophets.

وهوذا ستأتي أيام يقول الرب وأقيم الكلمة الصالحة التي قررتها على إسرائيل وبيت يهوذا. وفي تلك الأيام أشرق نور البر لداود فيملك ملك بار فيهم، ويجرى الحكم والعدل على الأرض وفي أيامه يخلص يهوذا ويسكن إسرائيل آمنا مطمئناً.

And Jermiah said to Pashur: ye were resisting the truth for sometime with thy father, and thy children after you, who did sin worse than you. For they set a price to him who has no price, and greived him who heals sickness and forgives sins. They took the price upon which the sons of Israel agreed, thirty pieces of silver. And gave it to the gotter's house. As the Lord commanded me, so I say. The judgment of perdition will be upon them and their children forever, for they judged innocent blood.

ثم قال إرمياء لفشحور: إنكم كنتم زمانا مع آبائكم مقاومين للحق وأولادكم الذين ياتون بعدكمن هؤلاء الذين يصنعون خطية اشر منكم، لأنهم يتمنون الذي ليس لهم، ويؤلمون الذي يشفى الامراض ويغفر الذنوب، وياخذون الثلاثين من الفضة، الثمن الذي شارط عليه بني إسرائيل، ويدفعونها في حقل الفاخوري، كما امرني الرب وهكذا أقول، ستأتي عليهم دينونة الهلاك إلى الأبد وعلى أولادهم لأنهم ألقوا دما ذكيا في الحكم مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

Isaiah 24:1-13

Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲕ̅ⲇ̅: ⲁ̅-ⲓ̅ⲅ̅

إشعياء ٢٤: ١-١٣

Behold, the Lord is about to lay waste the world, and will make it desolate, and will lay bare the surface of it, and scatter them that dwell therein. And the people shall be as the priest, and the servant as the lord, and the maid as the mistress; the buyer shall be as the seller, the lender as the borrower, and the debtor as his creditor.

Ⲉⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲇⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲁⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲛ̀ϯⲟⲓ ⲕⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲏ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϥ̀ⲛⲁⲁⲓⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲁⲓ̀ⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲛⲁϭⲱⲗⲡ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲥϩⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲛⲁϫⲱⲣ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲟⲩϩ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲥ. Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲛⲁⲉⲣⲑⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲃⲱⲕ ⲛ̀ⲑⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥϭⲟⲓⲥ. Ⲫⲏⲉⲧϣⲱⲡ ⲛ̀ⲑⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧϯ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲡⲉⲧϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲏⲥⲓ ⲛ̀ⲑⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧϭⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱϥ ⲡⲉⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ ⲛ̀ⲑⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉ ⲟⲩⲛ̀ⲧⲁϥ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲁ ⲛⲁⲧⲁⲕⲟ ϧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲧⲁⲕⲟ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϩ̀ⲃⲁ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛⲉⲁⲣϩ̀ⲃⲁ. 

ها إن الرب يفسد المسكونة ويخليها ويكشف وجهها ويبدد سكانها، ليكون الشعب كالكاهن والعبد كالسيد والأمة كسيدتها والشارى كالبائع والمقرض كالمقترض والمديون كالدائن.

The earth shall be completely laid waste, and the earth shall be utterly spoiled: for the mouth of the Lord has spoken these things. The earth mourns, and the world is ruined, the lofty ones of the earth are mourning. And she has sinned by reason of her inhabitants; because they have transgressed the law, and changed the ordinances, even the everlasting covenant. Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, because the inhabitants thereof have sinned: therefore the dwellers in the earth shall be poor, and few men shall be left. The wine shall mourn, the vine shall mourn, all the merry-hearted shall sigh. 8 The mirth of timbrels has ceased, the sound of the harp has ceased. They are ashamed, they have not drunk wine; strong drink has become bitter to them that drink it. All the city has become desolate: one shall shut his house so that none shall enter. There is a howling for the wine everywhere; all the mirth of the land has ceased, all the mirth of the land has departed. And cities shall be left desolate, and houses being left shall fall to ruin.

وتفسد الأرض فساداً وتنهب الأرض نهباً لأن فم الرب تكلم بهذا. حزن مرتفعوا الأرض والأرض آثمت لأجل سكانها من اجل انهم تركوا عنهم الناموس وبدلوا أوامري وعدلي الأبدي. من أجل هذا اللعنة تاكل الأرض لأن سكانها آثموا. لجل هذا السكان في الأرض يسيرون فقراء ويبقى أناس قليلون، يحزن الخمر وتحزن الكرمة ويتنهد جميع الفرحين بنفوسهم وكف فرح الطبول وفنى تعاظم المنافقين وكف صوت القيثارة، خزوا ولم يشربوا خمراً، صار المسكر مراً للشاربين، خربت كل المدينة، تغلق البيوت ليلا لئلا يدخلها أحد ويولول من أجل الخمر بكل موضع. كف كل سرور الأرض وبقيت البلاد خراباً والبيوت المتروكة تهلك.

All this shall be in the land in the midst of the nations, as if one should strip an olive tree, so shall they strip them; but when the vintage is done,

Ⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑ̀ⲙⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲁ ⲉϥⲥⲣⲓ̀ⲧ̀ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲃⲱ ⲛ̀ϫⲱⲓⲧ ⲧⲁⲓ ⲧⲉ ⲑⲉ ⲉⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲥ̀ⲣⲓⲧ ⲙ̀ⲡ̀ⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧ̀ⲧⲁⲡⲣⲟ ⲙ̀Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ ⲥⲁⲃⲁⲱⲑ ⲧⲉⲛⲧⲁⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲁⲓ.

كل هذا يكون في الأرض في وسط الأمم مثل من يقلع شجرة الزيتون، هكذا أيضاً تدمر الأرض لأن فم رب الجنود تكلم بهذا.

Therefore let us lie in wait for the righteous; because he is not for our turn, and he is clean contrary to our doings: he upbraideth us with our offending the law, and objecteth to our infamy the transgressings of our education. He professeth to have the knowledge of God: and he calleth himself the child of the Lord. He was made to reprove our thoughts. He is grievous unto us even to behold: for his life is not like other men’s, his ways are of another fashion. We are esteemed of him as counterfeits: he abstaineth from our ways as from filthiness: he pronounceth the end of the just to be blessed, and maketh his boast that God is his father.

لنكمن للصديق لأنه ثقل علينا لأنه يقاوم أعمالنا ويرذلنا على مخالفتنا للناموس، ويظهر علينا خطايا العصيان،وان عنده علم من عند الله، ويسمى نفسه إبن الله يصير مبكتا لنا على افكارنا ومنظره ثقيل علينا أن نراه، لأجل أن شعبه لا يشبه غيره وطرقه مخالفة لنا وحسبنا عنده متاخرين وهو متباعد عن طرقنا كتباعده عن الوحوش، ويغضب على القوم الأحرار ويفتخرون بان الله أبوه.

Let us see if his words be true: and let us prove what shall happen in the end of him. For if the just man be the son of God, he will help him, and deliver him from the hand of his enemies. Let us examine him with despitefulness and torture, that we may know his meekness, and prove his patience. Let us condemn him with a shameful death: for by his own saying he shall be respected.

فلننظر لعل كلامه حق، ولنختبر ما سيكون عن نهايته فإن كان هو حقا ابن الله فهو يخلص نفسه وينقذها من أيدي المضادين، فلنمتحنه بالشتم والعذاب حتى نعلم بهذا تواضعه ونختبر دعته وصبره، ونحكم عليه بأشنع ميتة لكي تكون الحجة عليه من كلامه.

Such things they did imagine, and were deceived: for their own wickedness hath blinded them. As for the mysteries of God, they knew them not: neither hoped they for the wages of righteousness, nor discerned a reward for blameless souls.

هذا ما إرتأه فضلوا لأن فخرهم أعماهم ولم يدركوا أسرار الله ولم يرجوا أجرة الأبرار ولم يفكروا في رقادالنفوس التي لا عيب فيها.

He seats kings upon thrones, and girds their loins with a girdle. He sends away priests into captivity, and overthrows the mighty ones of the earth. He changes the lips of the trusty, and he knows the understanding of the elders. He pours dishonour upon princes, and heals the lowly. Revealing deep things out of darkness: and he has brought into light the shadow of death. Causing the nations to wander, and destroying them: overthrowing the nations, and leading them away. Perplexing the minds of the princes of the earth: and he causes them to wander in a way, they have not known, saying, Let them grope in darkness, and let there be no light, and let them wander as a drunken man. Behold, mine eye has seen these things, and mine ear has heard them. And I know all that ye too know; and I have not less understanding than you.

قد أقلب قضاة الأرض الذي يجلس الملوك على الكراسي ويرسل الكهنة مسببين ويقلب اقوياء الأرض الذي يغير شفاء المؤمنين ويعرف فهم الشيوخ ويشفى المتواضعين، الذي يكشف أعمال الظلمة ويخرج إلى الغد ظل الضالين، الذي يغير قلوب أراخنه الأرض ويضلهم في طريق لا يعرفونها، يتلمسون في الظلمة وليس في النور يضلوا مثل السكران، هوذا كله قد رأته عيناى وسمعت به إذني. مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

وعلم الكنعانيون الأغنام التي يحرسونها، إنها كلمة الرب أقولها لهم: إن حسن لديكم فأعطوني اجرتي التي فرزتموها وإلا فإمتنعوا فقرروا أجرتى ثلاثين من الفضة. وقال الرب؟ إلقها في الخزانة وافحص هل هي مختارة مثل ما جربوني بها؟ فأخذت الثلاثين من الفضة وطرحتها داخل بيت الرب في الخزانة، وطرحت العصاة الثانية التي هي حبل القياس لأبعد العز من بين يهوذا وإسرائيل. مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

إحلقي رأسك وإصلعي نفسك لأجل أولادك اللطفاء، وسعى ترملك كالنسر لأن رجالك ذهبوا عنك إلى السبى. ويل للذين يفكرون بالظلم ويخترعون شروراً على مضاجعهم، ثم في نور النهار يتممونها. لأنهم لم يرفعوا أيديهم إلى الله واشتهوا حقولا ونهبوا اليتامى وظلموا الأرامل. واغتصبوا الرجل وبيته، الإنسان وميراثه، لهذا ما يقوله الرب: ها أنا مدبر شراً على هذه القبيلة لا ترفعون منه أعناقكم ولا تمشون باستقامة بغتة، لأنه زمن ردئ. مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

Ⲉⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ Ⲙⲓⲭⲉⲟⲥ ⲡⲓⲡⲣⲟⲫⲏⲧⲏⲥ Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲍ̅:ⲁ̅-ⲏ̅

من ميخا النبي ص ٧: ١- ٨

Alas for me! for I am become as one gathering straw in harvest, and as one gathering grape-gleanings in the vintage, when there is no cluster for me to eat the first-ripe fruit: alas my soul! For the godly is perished from the earth; and there is none among men that orders his way aright: they all quarrel even to blood: they grievously afflict every one his neighbour: they prepare their hands for mischief, the prince asks a reward, and the judge speaks flattering words; it is the desire of their soul: therefore I will take away their goods as a devouring moth, and as one who acts by a rigid rule in a day of visitation. Woe, woe, thy times of vengeance are come; now shall be their lamentations. Trust not in friends, and confide not in guides: beware of thy wife, so as not to commit anything to her. For the son dishonours his father, the daughter will rise up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law: those in his house shall be all a man’s enemies. But I will look to the Lord; I will wait upon God my Saviour: my God will hearken to me. Rejoice not against me, mine enemy; for I have fallen yet shall arise; for though I should sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light to me.

الويل لنفسي لأنه قد فنى التقى من الأرض، وليس يوجد مستقيم بين الناس جميعهم، يدانون على دماء، كل واحد يضايق صاحبه ضيقاً ويعدون أيديهم للشر، الرئيس يسأل والقاضي يتكلم بكلام السلامة والقوى ينطق بهوى نفسه، فسأنزع خيراتهم مثل السوس الذي يأكل في يوم مظلم. الويل الويل قد جاء الانتقام. فالآن يكون البكاء. لا تامنوا لأصدقائكم ولا تتكلوا على مدبريكم. إحفظ نفسك من النائم معها ولا تصنع عندها شيئا، لأن الابن يهين أبيه والابنة تقوم على أمها والعروس (الكنة) على حماتها وأعداء الإنسان أهل بيته، وأما انا فأترقب الرب، واتمسك بالله مخلصى فيستجيب لي إلهي، ولا يفرح بي أعدائي فإني إذا سقطت سأقوم أيضاً وإن جلست في الظلمة فالرب سينير لي. مجداً للثالوث الأقدس

Ⲟⲩⲕⲁⲧⲏⲭⲏⲥⲏⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲁⲃⲃⲁ Ⲓⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ ⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲩⲥⲟⲥⲧⲟⲙⲟⲥ: ⲉ̀ⲣⲉⲡⲉϥⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲛ ⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ.

عظة لأبينا القديس أنبا يوحنا ذهبي الفم، بركته المقدسة تكون معنا. آمين.

Beloved brethren, what can we say about the transgression of Judas who delivered (betrayed) his Master. It was said that one of the twelve, who is Judas Iscariot went to the chief priests and said to them; how much do you want to pay and I will deliver Him to you? They bargained with him to pay thirty pieces of silver. What a great foolishness; rather, what a great infatuation with silver, which is the source of all evil. Because when he (Judas Iscariot) coveted it, he sold his righteous Teacher and Lord and landed himself in the depths of death. How awful is the love of money. It invited every evil and is worse than Satan’s manipulations. If it (the love of money) possesses someone, it renders him captivated by it. They can no longer fathom themselves and ignore others. They will reject nature’s laws and become anxious at heart. See how many blessings the love of silver took away from Judas because Christ was talking to them openly about the comforts of the kingdom of heavens and the horrors of hell. Every one of them knew how terrible it would be, the sufferings of sinners; He, Christ also honored all those who strived for their soul’s salvation.

ماذا نقول أيها الإخوة الأحباء عن جحود يهوذا الذي أسلم سيدة؟. قيل إن واحدا من الإثنى عشر، الذي هو يهوذا الإسخريوطي، مضى إلى رؤساء الكهنة وقال لهم: ماذا تريدون أن تعطوني وأنا أسلمه إليكم؟ فساوموه على ثلاثين من الفضة! يا لهذا الجهل العظيم، وما أشر محبة المال الذي هو أصل لكل الشرور. لأن هذا لما اشتهاه باع معلمه الصالح وسيده البار، فطوح بنفسه في هوة الهلاك، لأنه كم هو ردئ حب المال، فهو مجلبة لكل شر وأردأ من حيل الشياطين، فالنفوس التي يتسلط عليها يجعل أصحابها يجنون ولعا بها، فلا يعرفون ذواتهم بل ويتعامون عن معرفة الآخرين، ويرفضون ناموس الطبيعة، ويكون قلبهم فزعا حائراً. أنظروا كم من النعمة نزعتها محبة الفضة من نفس يهوذا؟ لأن سيدنا يسوع المسيح كان يخاطبهم علانية عن هول الجحيم ونعيم ملكوت السموات، ويعرف كل واحد مقدار عذاب الخطاة، ويكرم كل المجاهدين لخلاص نفوسهم.

ونحن نكرز بالمسيح مصلوبا لليهود عثرة ولليونانيين جهالة واما لنا نحن المخلصين يهودا ويونانيين فالمسيح هو قوة الله وحكمة الله لأن جهالة الله احكم من الناس وضعف الله أقوى من الناس.

فانظروا دعوتكم يا اخوتي ان ليس كثيرون حكماء حسب الجسد ليس كثيرون أقوياء ليس كثيرون شرفاء بل اختار الله جهلاء العالم فيخزي الحكماء واختار الله ضعفاء العالم ليخزي الأقوياء واختار الله أدنياء العالم والمزدري وغير الموجود ليبطل الموجود. لكي لا يفتخر كل بشر امام الله ومنه انتم أيضا بالمسيح يسوع الذي صار لنا حكمة من قبل الله برا وقداسة وفداء حتى كما هو مكتوب من يفتخر فليفتخر بالرب.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith might not stand on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God.

وأنا لما جئت إليكم يا أخوتي لم أت بسمو الكلام ولا الحكمة معلما إياكم بسر الله لأني لم أعزم أن أعرف شيئا بينكم إلا يسوع المسيح وإياه مصلوبا وان أتيت إليكم في ضعف وخوف ورعدة كثيرة وكلامي وكرازتي لم يكونا بكلام حكمة إنسانية مقنعة بل ببرهان الروح والقوة لكي لا يكون إيمانكم بحكمة الناس ولكن بقوة الله.

من أجل أن نكون مستحقين لسماع الإنجيل المقدس. إلى ربنا وإلهنا نتوسل بحكمة مستقيمين إنصتوا للإنجيل المقدس.

When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

Ⲉⲧⲁ ⲧⲟⲟⲩⲓ ⲇⲉ ϩⲱⲡⲓ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲟⲩⲥⲟϭⲛⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲣⲭⲏⲉⲣⲉⲩⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃⲩⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ ϧⲁ Ⲓⲏ̅ⲥ̅: ϩⲱⲥⲧⲉ ⲛⲥⲉ ϧⲟⲑⲃⲉϥ: Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲥⲟⲛϩϥ ⲁⲩⲟⲗϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲧⲏⲓϥ ⲙⲠⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ⲡⲓϩⲏⲅⲉⲙⲱⲛ.

ولما كان الصباح تشاور جميع رؤساء الكهنة وشيوخ الشعب على يسوع لكى يقتلوه، فأوثقوه وأخذوه وأسلموه إلى بيلاطس الوالى.

Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that. And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself. And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood. And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in. Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day. Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.

حينئذ لما رأى يهوذا الذي أسلمه أنه قد دين، ندم ورد الثلاثين من الفضة إلى رؤساء الكهنة والشيوخ قائلا: إنى قد أخطأت إذ سلمت دماً ذكيا. فقالوا له: ما شأننا؟ ما علينا ؟ أبصر أنت! فطرح الفضة في الهيكل، ومضى، فخنق نفسه، فأخذ رؤساء الكهنة الفضة وقالوا: لا يحل لنا أن نلقيها في بيت القربان لأنها ثمن دم، فتشاوروا وإبتاعوا بها حقل الفخارى مقبرة للغرباء. ولذلك دعى اسم ذلك الحقل، حقل الدم إلى هذا اليوم، حينئذ تم ما قيل بأرمياء النبي القائل: أخذوا الثلاثين من الفضة ثمن المثمن الذي ثمنه بنو إسرائيل، ودفعوها في حقل الفخارى كما أمرنى الرب.

And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest. And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee? And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.

فوقف يسوع أمام الوالى، فسأله الوالى ثائلا: أأنت ملك اليهود؟! فقال يسوع له: أنت قلت. وفيما كان رؤساء الكهنة والشيوخ يشتكون عليه، لم يجب بشيء، فقال له بيلاطس: أما تسمع كم يشهدون عليك؟! فلم يجبه عن أي كلمة، حتى تعجب الوالي جداً.

وللوقت في الصباح تشاور رؤساء الكهنة مع الشيوخ، والكتبة وجميع مجلس القضاء تشاوروا، وأوثقوا يسوع وأخذوه وأسلموه إلى بيلاطس، فسأله بيلاطس: هل أنت هو ملك اليهود؟!. أما هو فأجابه قائلا: أنت تقول. وكان رؤساء الكهنة يشتكون عليه كثيراً. ثم سأله ايضاً بيلاطس قائلا: أما تجيب بشيء، أنظر كم يشتكونك. أما يسوع فلم يجب بشيء حتى تعجب بيلاطس.

Ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲁϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥϫⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲁⲓϣⲁⲛϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲛⲁϩϯ ⲁⲛ: Ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲟⲛ ⲁⲓϣⲁⲛ ϣⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲁⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲁⲛ Ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲉϥⲉϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛϫⲉ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲉϥϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ ⲥⲁⲟⲩⲓⲛⲁⲙ ⲛϯϫⲟⲙ ⲛⲧⲉ Ⲫϯ: Ⲡⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲪϯ : ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲧϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ:Ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲗⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲛⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲁⲛ ϫⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ : ⲁⲛⲟⲛ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲁⲛⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲣⲱϥ.

إن كنت المسيح فقل لنا. فقال لهم: إن قلت لكم لا تؤمنون، وإن سألتكم لا تجيبون، ومن الآن يكون إبن الإنسان جالساً عن يمين قوة الله. فقال الجميع: أنت إذن إبن الله ؟!. فقال لهم: أنتم تقولون أنى أنا هو. أما هم فقالوا: ما حاجتنا بعد إلى شهادة، فإننا نحن قد سمعنا من فمه.

And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲧⲱⲛϥ ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲧⲛⲣϥ ⲁⲩⲉⲛϥ ϩⲁ Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ:

فقام جمعهم كله وجاءوا به إلى بيلاطس،

And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King. And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it. Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man. And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place. When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean. And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.

Ⲁⲩⲉⲣϩⲏⲧⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉⲣⲕⲁⲧⲏⲅⲟⲣⲓⲛ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲉⲩϫⲱⲙⲙⲟⲥ:ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲁⲛ ϫⲉⲙϥ ⲁϥⲫⲱⲛϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲛⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲧⲁϩⲛⲟ ⲉϣⲧⲉⲙϯϩⲱϯ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ϫⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ Ⲡⲭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ:Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥϣⲉⲛϥ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ: ϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲉⲕ Ⲡⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲒⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ : ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲡⲉⲧϫⲱ ⲙⲙⲟⲥ Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲛⲓⲁⲣⲭⲏⲉⲣⲉⲩⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲙⲏϣ: ϫⲉ ⲛϯϫⲉⲙ ϩⲗⲓ ⲛⲉⲧⲓⲁ ⲁⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ:Ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲗⲉ ⲛⲁⲩϫⲉⲙϫⲟⲙ ⲉⲩϫⲱⲙⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ϥϣⲑⲟⲣⲧⲉⲣ ⲙⲡⲓⲗⲁⲟⲥ: ⲉϥϯⲥⲃⲱ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲒⲟⲩⲇⲉⲁ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲉⲣϩⲏⲧⲥ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ϯⲄⲁⲗⲓⲗⲉⲁ ϣⲁ ⲡⲁⲓⲙⲁ: Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲁϥϣⲓⲛⲓ ϫⲉ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩ Ⲅⲁⲗⲓⲗⲉⲟⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲉⲙⲓ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲣϣⲓϣⲓ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲏⲣⲱⲇⲏⲥ ⲡⲉ : ⲁϥⲟⲩⲟⲣⲡϥ ϩⲁ Ⲡⲣⲱⲇⲏⲥ: ⲉϥⲭⲏ ϩⲱϥ ϧⲉⲛ Ⲓⲗ̅ⲏ̅ⲙ̅ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲁⲩ:

وطفقوا يشتكون عليه قائلين: إننا وجدنا هذا يفسد أمتنا، ويمنع أن نؤدي الجزية لقيصر قائلاً عن نفسه أنى أنا هو المسيح الملك. فسأله بيلاطس قائلا: أأنت ملك اليهود؟. أما هو فأجابه قائلا: أنت الذي تقول!. فقال بيلاطس لرؤساء الكهنة والجموع: إنى لا أجد في هذا الرجل علة. وأما هم فكانوا يتشددون قائلين: إنه يهيج الشعب، إذ يعلم في اليهودية كلها، مبتدئا من الجليل إلى هنا. فلما سمع بيلاطس سأل: أهذا الرجل جليلي؟!. ولما علم أنه من سلطنة هيرودس، أرسله إلى هيرودس إذ كان هو أيضاً في تلك الأيام في أورشليم.

And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.

Ⲏ̀ⲣⲱⲇⲏⲥ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲒⲏ̅ⲥ̅ ⲁϥⲣⲁϣⲓ ⲉⲙⲁϣⲱ: ⲛⲁϥⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲓⲥ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲭⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ: Ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ϫⲉ ⲛⲁϥⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧϥ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁϥ ⲉⲣϩⲉⲗⲡⲓⲥ ⲉⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲟⲩⲙⲏⲓⲛⲓ ⲛⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲉϥⲓⲣⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ.

فلما رأى هيرودس يسوع فرح جداً لأنه من زمان طويل كان يريد أن يراه لما كان يسمعه عنه، وكان يرجو أن يرى منه آية يصنعها،

Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing. And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him. And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate. And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves.

Ⲛⲁϥϣⲓⲛⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ ⲛⲥⲁϫⲓ : ⲛⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲛϩⲗⲓ: Ⲛⲁⲩⲟϩⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲡⲉ ⲛϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲣⲭⲏⲉⲣⲉⲩⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϧ: ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲕⲁⲧⲏⲅⲟⲣⲓⲛ ⲉⲣⲟϥ ⲉⲙⲁϣⲱ. Ⲉⲧⲁϥϣⲟϣϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲉ ⲏⲣⲱⲇⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉϥⲙⲁⲧⲟⲓ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲥⲱⲃⲓ ⲙⲙⲟϥ ⲁϥϫⲟⲗϩϥ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲉⲃⲥⲱ ⲉⲥⲫⲉⲣⲓⲱⲟⲩ : ⲁϥⲟⲩⲟⲣⲡϥ ⲉⲠⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ Ⲁⲩⲉⲣϣⲫⲏⲣ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲛⲟⲩⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ ⲏⲣⲱⲇⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲙⲙⲁⲩ: ⲛⲁⲩϣⲟⲡ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲛϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϫⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲟⲩⲉⲣⲏⲟⲩ.

وكان يسأله في كلام كثير فلم يجبه بشيء. وكان رؤساء الكهنة والكتبة واقفين يشتكونه كثيراً فإزدراه هيرودس وجنوده، وهزأ به وألبسه ثوباً لامعا ورده إلى بيلاطس، فتصادق بيلاطس وهيرودس مع بعضهما في ذلك اليوم، لأنه كان بينهما عداء من قبل.

John 18:28-40

Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲓ̅ⲏ̅:ⲕⲏ-ϣⲃⲗ

الإنجيل من يوحنا ص ١٨: ٢٨ -٤٠

Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

Ⲁⲩⲓⲛⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛⲓⲏⲥⲟⲩⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁⲔⲁⲓⲁⲫⲁ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲓⲡⲣⲉⲧⲱⲣⲓⲟⲛ : ⲛⲉ ϣⲱⲣⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲡⲉ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲙⲡⲟⲩⲓ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲓⲡⲣⲉⲧⲱⲣⲓⲟⲛ : ϩⲓⲛⲁ ϫⲉ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲥⲱϥ ϣⲁⲧⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱⲙ ⲙⲡⲓⲡⲁⲥⲭⲁ.

وجاءوا بيسوع من عند قيافا إلى دار الولاية، وكان صبح فلم يدخلوا إلى دار الولاية لئلا يتنجسوا حتى يأكلوا الفصح،

Pilate then went out unto them, and said, What accusation bring ye against this man? They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee. Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death: That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spake, signifying what death he should die.

فخرج بيلاطس إليهم وقال لهم: أية شكاية تقدمونها على هذا الرجل؟! أجابوا وقالوا له: لو لم يكن هذا شريراً لما كنا نسلمه إليك. فقال لهم بيلاطس: خذوه أنتم وأحكموا عليه بحسب ناموسكم. فقال له اليهود: نحن لا يجوز لنا أن نقتل أحداً. ليتم قول يسوع الذي قال مشيراً إلى آية ميتة يموت.

Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews?

Ⲡⲁⲗⲓⲛⲟⲛ ⲁϥⲓ ⲛϫⲉ Ⲡⲓⲗⲁⲧⲟⲥ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲡⲓⲡⲣⲉⲧⲱⲣⲓⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉⲒⲏ̅ⲥ̅ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲛⲁϥ : ϫⲉ ⲛⲑⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲒⲟⲩⲇⲁⲓ.

ثم دخل بيلاطس أيضاً إلى دار الولاية ودعا يسوع وقال له: أأنت ملك اليهود؟!

Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me? Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all. But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews? Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.

أجاب يسوع وقال: أمن ذاتك تقول هذا، أم آخرون قالوا لك عنى؟!. أجاب بيلاطس قائلا: ألعلى أنا ايضاً يهودى؟!. إن أمتك ورؤساء الكهنة هم الذين أسلموك إلى، فماذا فعلت؟!. أجاب يسوع: إن مملكتي ليست من هذا العالم. لو كانت مملكتي من هذا العالم لكان خدامي يحاربون عني لكى لا أسلم إلى اليهود. والآن مملكتي ليست من هذا العالم. فقال له بيلاطس: أملك إذن أنت؟!. أجاب يسوع: أنت الذي تقول أنى ملك، وأنى أنا لهذا العمل ولدت، ومن أجل هذا أتيت إلى العالم لأشهد للحق. فكل من هو من الحق يسمع صوتى. فقال له بيلاطس: ما هو الحق؟!. فقال هذا وخرج إلى اليهود وقال لهم: إنني لا أجد علة ما في هذا الإنسان، وعادتكم أن أطلق لكم واحداً في الفصح، أفتريدون أن أطلق لكم ملك اليهود؟!. فصرخوا جميعاً قائلين: لا تطلق هذا، بل أطلق باراباس، وكان باراباس لصاً.

Early on Friday, the chief priests convened together and condemned the Savior so that they may deliver Him to Pilate to kill him. When he saw what he did, Judas regretted what he did and returned the silver to the chief priests saying: I have sinned in betraying innocent blood. He went and hung himself adding a transgression to a transgression. The chief priests took the silver and bought with it a potter’s field to bury strangers in, so that it may be fulfilled what had been spoken by the prophet Jeremiah; And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him on whom a price had been set by some of the sons of Israel, and they gave them for the potter’s field as the Lord directed me. They stood Jesus before Pilate, who asked Him; are you a king? Jesus replied, you have said so. They have accused Him (Jesus) a lot bit He made no answer. Do you hear all these testimonies, Pilate asked. He did not open his mouth to utter a word. The governor wondered greatly at His calmness and silence. How can the Lamb who came to take away the sins of the world open His mouth. Isaiah prophesized about him saying, by oppression and judgment he was taken away. O Jerusalem, you killer of prophets your dwellers will weep for you today. He (Jesus) is not a prophet. He is God and His blood wipes off the sins.

باكر يوم الجمعة إجتمع رؤساء الكهنة معاً وصنعوا الحكم على المخلص لكي يسلموه إلى بيلاطس ليقتله.فيهوذا لما نظر ما كان ندم على ما فعله. وأعاد الفضة إلى رؤساء الكهنة قائلاً: إنني ألقيت للحكم دماً ذكياً.فمضى وخنق نفسه وحده وكمل إثماً على إثم. فأخذ رؤساء الكهنة الفضة وابتاعوا بها حقل الفاخوري.لكي يكمل الذي قيل من أجل الثلاثين من الفضة ثمن الذكي. فأقاموا يسوع أمام بيلاطس فسأله: أنت ملك؟ أنت قلت. أم آخر أخبرك. أنا ولدت يا بيلاطس من أجل المملكة. فاشتكوا عليه كثيراً.فلم يُجب المبارك بشيء. أما تسمع هذه الشهادات الكثيرة فلم يفتح فمه ليقول كلمة. فتعجب الوالي جداً.من أجل صمته وهدوءه. كيف يفتح الحمل فاه الذي أتى ليحمل خطايا العالم. وقد شهد أشعياء من أجله قائلاً: إن مداينته قد ارتفعت مثل الخروف. قد كملت اليوم هذه النبوة في أورشليم في وسط إسرائيل. يبكي عليك بنوك اليوم يا أورشليم يا قاتلة الأنبياء. هذا ليس نبي لكنه إله ودمه يمحي الآثام.

المسيح مخلصنا جاء وتألم عنا لكى بآلامه يخلصنا.

Let us glorify Him, and exalt His Name, for He has done us mercy, according to His great mercy.
