Amos 4:4-13

Ⲕⲉⲫ ⲇ̅:ⲇ̅ ϣ̅ⲃ̅ⲗ̅

عاموس ٤ :٤ -١٣

Ye went into Bethel, and sinned, and ye multiplied sin at Galgala; and ye brought your meat-offerings in the morning, and your tithes every third day. And they read the law without, and called for public professions: proclaim aloud that the children of Israel have loved these things, saith the Lord.

Ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲫϯ : ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛ ϣⲉⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲂⲏⲑⲏⲗ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲣⲁⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ Ⲅⲁⲗⲁⲁⲇ Ⲅⲁⲗⲅⲁⲗ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲁϣⲁⲓ ⲉⲡϫⲓⲛⲉⲣⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲛⲓ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲁⲧⲟⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲟⲩϣⲱⲟⲩϣⲓ : ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲣⲉⲙⲁϯ ⲙⲫⲙⲁϩ ϣⲟⲙⲧ ⲛⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ : Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲱϣ ⲛⲟⲩⲛⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲥⲁⲃ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲟⲙⲟⲗⲟⲅⲓⲁ ϩⲓⲱⲓϣ : ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲩⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧⲟⲩⲛϫⲉ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲠⲓⲥⲗ : ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲫϯ

هذا ما يقوله الرب الإله : إنكم دخلتم إلى بيت إيل فأثمتم، وفى جلجال جلعاد أكثرتم النفاق، وفى كل صباح قدمتم ذبائحكم، وفى اليوم الثالث عشوركم وقرأتم ناموساً خارجاً. طلبوا الاعتراف والإنذار لأن بنى إسرائيل أحبوا هذه قال الرب الإله،

And I will give you dulness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet ye returned not to me, saith the Lord. Also I withheld from you the rain three months before the harvest: and I will rain upon one city, and on another city I will not rain: one part shall be rained upon, and the part on which I shall not rain shall be dried up. And the inhabitants of two or three cities shall be gathered to one city to drink water, and they shall not be satisfied: yet ye have not returned to me, saith the Lord. I smote you with parching, and with blight: ye multiplied your gardens, your vineyards, and your fig-grounds, and the cankerworm devoured your olive-yards: yet not even thus did ye return to me, saith the Lord. I sent pestilence among you by the way of Egypt, and slew your young men with the sword, together with thy horses that were taken captive; and in my wrath against you I set fire to your camps: yet not even thus did ye return to me, saith the Lord. I overthrew you, as God overthrew Sodoma and Gomorrha, and ye became as a brand plucked out of the fire: yet not even thus did ye return to me, saith the Lord.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ϯⲛⲁϯ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩϧⲗⲓϫ ⲛⲛⲁϫϩⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ : ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲣⲉϥⲉⲣϧⲁⲉ ⲛⲱⲓⲕ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲉⲧⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲡⲉ ϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲁⲓⲧⲁϩⲛⲟ ⲙⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲛϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗϩⲁⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲁϫⲉⲛ ϣⲟⲙⲧ ⲛⲁⲃⲟⲧ ⲛⲧⲉⲡϭⲱⲗ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲓⲉϩⲱⲟⲩ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ : ⲕⲉⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲇⲉ ϯⲛⲁϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϫⲱⲥ ⲁⲛ : ⲟⲩⲧⲟⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲥⲉϭⲓⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲕⲉⲧⲟⲓ ϯⲛⲁϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲉϫⲱⲥ ⲁⲛ ⲉⲥⲉϣⲱⲟⲩⲓ Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉⲑⲱⲟⲩϯ ⲛϫⲉ ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲥⲛⲟⲩϯ ⲓⲉ ϣⲟⲙϯ ⲉⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲥⲩⲉⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲛⲟⲩⲥⲓ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛ ⲕⲉⲧⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ : Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓϣⲁⲣⲓ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϧⲙⲟⲙ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲁⲣⲱϣ: ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲑⲣⲉ ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲁϣⲁⲓ: ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲁϩⲁⲗⲟⲗⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲁϩ ⲕⲉⲛⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲓⲁϩϫⲱⲓⲧ ⲁⲥⲟⲩⲟⲙⲟⲩ ⲛϫⲉ ϯⲉⲧⲏϣⲓ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛ ⲕⲉⲧ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲁⲓⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲉϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲣⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲛⲭⲏⲙⲓ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲗϣⲓⲣⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲥⲏϥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲉⲭⲙⲁⲗⲱⲥⲓⲁ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϩⲑⲱⲣ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲡⲁⲣⲉⲙⲃⲟⲗⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϫⲱⲛⲧ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲛ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲉⲧ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ : Ⲁⲓⲫⲉⲛϫ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲫⲉⲛϫ ⲛϫⲉ Ⲫϯ Ⲥⲟⲇⲟⲙⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲅⲟⲙⲟⲣⲣⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲟⲩⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉⲁⲩϭⲁϧⲙⲉϥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲧⲉⲛⲕⲉⲧ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲉ Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅

فأنى أنا سأعطيكم ضرس الأسنان فى جميع مدنكم، وعوز الخبز فى جميع مدنكم، فلم ترجعوا إلى يقول الرب، وأنا أيضاً منعت عنكم المطر قبل الحصاد بثلاثة أشهر، سأمطر على مدينة واحدة وعلى مدينة أخرى لا أمطر. جزء واحد يشرب، والجزء الآخر لا أمطر عليه فيجف، فتجمع مدينتان أو ثلاث إلى مدينة واحدة ليشربوا ماء ولا يرتوا. وكذلك لم ترجعوا إلى قال الرب، ضربتكم بالحمى والبرد فأكثرتم نجاساتكم، وأكل القمص ( أبناء الجراد) جناتكم وكرومكم وتينكم وزيتونكم وكذلك أيضاً لم ترجعوا إلى قال الرب، فأرسلت عليكم وباء فى طرق مصر. قتلت بالسيف شبانكم مع سلب خيلكم، وأتيت بالنار على عساكركم بغضب، هكذا أيضاً لم ترجعوا إلى يقول الرب. قَلَبْتُ بَعْضَكُمْ كَمَا قَلَبَ اللهُ سَدُومَ وَعَمُورَةَ، فَصِرْتُمْ كَشُعْلَةٍ مُنْتَشَلَةٍ مِنَ الْحَرِيقِ، فَلَمْ تَرْجِعُوا إِلَيَّ، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ.

Therefore thus will I do to thee, O Israel: nay because I will do thus to thee, prepare to call on thy God, O Israel. For, behold, I am he that strengthens the thunder, and creates the wind, and proclaims to men his Christ, forming the morning and the darkness, and mounting on the high places of the earth, The Lord God Almighty is his name.

Ⲉⲑⲃⲉⲫⲁⲓ ϯⲛⲁⲓⲣⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ Ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅: ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ϯⲛⲁⲓⲣⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲙⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ : ⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧⲕ Ⲡⲓⲥⲗ ⲉⲧⲱⲃϩ ⲙⲡⲉⲕⲛⲟⲩϯ : Ϫⲉ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲉⲧⲧⲁϫⲣⲟ ⲛⲟⲩϧⲁⲣⲁⲃⲁⲓ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲥⲱⲛⲧ ⲛⲟⲩⲡⲛ̅ⲁ̅ : ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥϩⲓⲱⲓϣ ⲙⲡⲉϥⲭⲣⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ: ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲑⲁⲙⲓⲟ ⲛϩⲁⲛⲁⲧⲟⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲛⲓϥⲓ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉϥⲁⲗⲏⲓ ⲉϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲓϭⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲧⲉ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ : Ⲡⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲫϯ ⲡⲓⲡⲁⲛⲧⲟⲕⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲣⲁⲛ: Ⲟⲩⲱⲟⲩ

لذلك أصنع بك هكذا يا إسرائيل، وبما أنى أصنع هذا فإستعد لتدعوا إلهك يا إسرائيل فها أنا المثبت الرعد والخالق الريح والمبشر بمسيحه فى البشر الخالق الصبح والنسمة والراكب على أعالى الأرض، الرب الإله الضابط الكل هو أسمه.

Glory be the Holy Trinity, our God, forever and ever. Amen.

أبانا الذي فى السموات، ليتقدس إسمك، ليأت ملكوتك. لتكن مشيئتك كما فى السماء كذلك على الأرض. خبزنا الذي للغد أعطنا اليوم واغفر لنا ذنوبنا كما نغفر نحن أيضاً للمذنبين إلينا. ولا تُدخلنا فى تجربة لكن نجنا من الشرير بالمسيح يسوع ربنا. لأن لك الملك والقوة والمجد إلى الأبد. آمين.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is on heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. In Christ Jesus, our Lord. And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head. And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made? For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her. And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me. For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always. She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her. And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them. And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.

وفيما هو فى بيت عنيا فى منزل سمعان الأبرص متكئاً، جاءت إمرأة ومعها قارورة طيب ناردين خالص كثير الثمن، فكسرت القارورة وسكبته على رأسه، وكان قوم قد تذمروا فيما بينهم قائلين : لم كان إتلاف هذا الطيب، فإنه كان يمكن أن يباع هذا بكثير من ثلثمائة دينار ويعطى للمساكين. وكانوا يؤنبونها، فقال لهم يسوع : دعوها، ما بالكم تعنفونها ؟ عملاً حسناً الذى عملته به، فإن المساكين معكم كل حين، وإذا أردتم أمكنكم أن تحسنوا إليهم كل حين، وأما أنا فلست معكم فى كل حين، وما نالته قد فعلته إذ سبقت فدهنت جسدى بهذا الطيب لدفنى. الحق أقول لكم إنه حيثما يكرز بهذا الإنجيل فى العالم كله، يخبر أيضاً بما عملته هذه تذكاراً لها. ثم أن يهوذا الإسخريوطى أحد الإثنى عشر ذهب إلى رؤساء الكهنة لكى يسلمه إليهم، فلما سمعوا فرحوا وأعطوه فضة فكان يلتمس فرصه كيف يسلمه بحيلة.والمجد لله دائماَ

Reader

The woman poured the precious nard over the Lords feet and who wiped them with her hair because of her loyalty and great love. Thus she earned for herself good dividends and her name filled the earth. The disciples speard the word about her deed in all corners of the earth. Her name is honored by the faithful from generation to generation. Behold these spiritual gifts and the high esteem she gained. Let us be filled with zeal over her integrity and love of the Lord with all our hearts. Not like Juda who became infuriated by her good deed. This costed him his evil thoughts that led him to betray his master. And the silver he received as a price of the precious blood (of Jesus Christ) will sink with him in Hell.

المرأة التى دهنت رجلى الرب بالطيب الفائق ومسحتهما بشعر رأسها، من أجل ثبات أمانتها وحبها الكثير. هذه إقتنت لها نصيباً صالحاً وصيتاً عالياً فى جميع العالم، وبشر الرسل بما فعلته فى جميع زوايا الأرض، فدام إسمها فى جميع الأجيال، يتلوه سائر المؤمنين. يا لهذه المواهب الروحانية وهذه الكرامات العالية التى فازت بها، فلنمتلئ غيره على فضيلتها ونحب الرب من كل قلوبنا، وليس مثل يهوذا الذى حنق عليها من أجل أنها صنعت الخير. فكلفته أفكاره الشريرة حتى باع سيده، والفضة التى أخذها ثمن الذكرى ستهبط معه إلى الجحيم ليفنى أسمه فى جيل واحد ولا يكون له لف على الأرض.

May His name disappear in one generation and may he be denied descendants on earth.
