Prayer of Thanksgiving after Holy Communion to the Son.

After the communion of the holy mysteries, the priest says

We thank Thee, O Lord Christ, our God the true Logos Who is of the unblemished essence of the holy Father.

Ⲧⲉⲛϣⲉⲡϩ̀ⲙⲟⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧⲕ Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲓⲭ̀ⲣⲓⲥⲧⲟⲥ Ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ: ⲡⲓⲗⲟⲅⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲗⲏⲑⲓⲛⲟⲛ ⲡⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ϯⲟⲩⲥⲓⲁ̀ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲁⲧⲑⲱⲗⲉⲃ Ⲫ̀ⲓⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ.

نشكرك أيها السيد المسيح إلهنا الكلمة الحقيقية. الذى من جوهر الآب غير الدنس القدوس.

For Thou hast loved us in such a way and gave Thyself to the slaughter because of our sins.

Ϫⲉ ⲁⲕⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲕⲧⲏⲓⲕ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϧⲟⲗϧⲉⲗ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ.

لأنك أحببتنا هكذا وبذلت ذاتك للذبح من أجل خطايانا.

Thou hast healed us by Thy stripes and we were healed through Thy wounds.

Ⲁⲕⲧⲁⲗϭⲟⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲕⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ: ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲕⲗⲉⲗⲉⲭⲏⲙⲓ.

شفيتنا بضربانتك وبرئنا بجراحاتك.

Thou hast granted us the gift of life through Thine holy Body and Thy precious Blood.

Ⲉⲁⲕⲉⲣⲭⲁⲣⲓⲍⲉⲥⲑⲉ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲕⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲉ̀ⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉⲕⲥ̀ⲛⲟϥ ⲉⲧⲧⲁⲓⲏⲟⲩⲧ.

وأنعمت علينا بالحياة من قبل جسدك المقدس ودمك الكريم.

These from which Thou hast granted us to receive.

Ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲁⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ⲉⲙⲡϣⲁ ⲟⲛ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϭⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ.

هذين اللذين جعلتنا مستحقين الآن أن نتناول منهما.

Therefore, we thank Thee, O God, Who loves man Whom he has formed.

Ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ Ⲫϯ ⲡⲓⲙⲁⲓⲡⲉϥⲡ̀ⲗⲁⲥⲙⲁ.

من أجل هذا نشكرك يا الله محب جبلته.

And we send up to Thee the glory, honour and worship, with Thy Good Father, and the Holy Spirit, the Life-Giver, Who is of One Essence with Thee.

Ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲉ̀ⲡ̀ϣⲱⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲱ̀ⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲧⲁⲓⲟ̀ ⲛⲉⲙ ϯⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲥⲕⲩⲛⲏⲥⲓⲥ: ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲡⲉⲕⲓⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲥ: ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲡⲓⲡ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲉ̀ⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲛ̀ⲣⲉϥⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲟ̀ⲙⲟⲟⲩⲥⲓⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲕ.

ونرسل لك إلى فوق المجد والكرامة والسجود. مع أبيك الصالح والروح القدس المحيى المساوى لك.

Now, and at all times, and unto the ages of all ages. Amen.
