O our Master and our Savior, the Good, Lover of Mankind, and Life-Giver to our souls.

Ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲏⲃ ⲡⲉⲛⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ: ⲡⲓⲙⲁⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲅⲁⲑⲟⲥ: ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲛⲯⲩⲭⲏ.

يا سيدنا ومخلصنا محب البشر الصالح محيى أنفسنا.

O God, who gave Himself up for salvation from our sins.

Ⲫϯ ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ⲙ̀ⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲛ̀ⲥⲱϯ ϧⲁⲣⲟⲛ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ.

يا الله الذى أسلم ذاته عنا خلاصاً من أجل خطايانا.

Who through the multitude of His mercies, has loosed the enmity of mankind.

Ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲉ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲡ̀ⲁ̀ϣⲁⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲛⲁⲓ: ⲁϥⲃⲱⲗ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ϯⲙⲉⲧϫⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ.

الذى بكثرة رحمته حل عداوة البشر.

O Only-Begotten God, Who is in the bosom His Father.

Ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲛⲟⲅⲉⲛⲏⲥ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϯ: ⲫⲏⲉⲧⲭⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ⲕⲉⲛϥ ⲙ̀Ⲡⲉϥⲓⲱⲧ.

أيها الإله الوحيد الذى فى حضن أبيه.

O Lord, bless.

Ⲕⲩⲣⲓⲉ̀ ⲉ̀ⲩⲗⲟⲅⲏⲥⲟⲛ.

يا رب بارك.

حقاً.

The priest takes the holy body with his right hand and puts on his left hand. He puts his fingers of the right hand on the bodikin. Then the priest dips his finger in the precious blood, lifts up his finger and signs the blood and says

O Thou, Who blessed in that time, now also bless.

Ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ: ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲛ ⲥ̀ⲙⲟⲩ.

يا الذى بارك فى ذلك الزمان الآن أيضاً بارك.

Ⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ.

حقاً.

The priest moves his hand from over the chalice and signs the holy body on both sides and says

O Thou, who sanctified in that time, now also sanctify.

Ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲁ̀ⲍⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ: ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲛ ⲁ̀ⲣⲓⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲁ̀ⲍⲓⲛ.

يا الذى قدس فى ذلك الزمان الآن أيضاً قدس.

Ⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ.

حقاً.

The priest breaks the body into two thirds and one third with separation and says

O, Thou, who broke in that time, now also break.

Ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥⲫⲱϣ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ: ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲛ ⲫⲱϣ.

يا الذى قسم فى ذلك الزمان الآن أيضاً قسم.

Ⲁ̀ⲙⲏⲛ.

حقاً.

The priest separates the two parts, puts the one third on top of the two thirds in the form of a cross and says

Thou, who gave to His holy disciples and saintly apostles, in that time.

Ⲫⲏⲉ̀ⲧⲁϥϯ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲁ̀ⲅⲓⲟⲥ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲑⲏⲧⲏⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲁ̀ⲡⲟⲥⲧⲟⲗⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲏⲟⲩ.

يا الذى أعطى تلاميذه القديسين ورسله الأطهار فى ذلك الزمان.

Now also give us and all Thy people, O our Master, the Pantocrator, the Lord our God.

Ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲛ ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲏⲃ ⲙⲟⲓ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉⲕⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣϥ: ⲡⲓⲡⲁⲛⲧⲟⲕⲣⲁⲧⲱⲣ Ⲡ̀ⲟ̅ⲥ̅ Ⲡⲉⲛⲛⲟⲩϯ.

الآن أيضاً يا سيدنا أعطنا زكل شعبك يا ضابط الكل الرب إلهنا.
