The Faith of the Church

One is God and Father of all. One is also His Son Jesus Christ the Word Who became incarnate and died and rose again from the dead on the third day, and raised us up with Him.

واحِدٌ هُوَ الله أبُو كلِّ أحَدٍ. واحِدٌ هُوَ أيْضاً إبْنُه يَسُوعُ المسِيحُ الكَلِمةُ، الذِى تَجسَّدَ وماتَ وقَامَ مِنَ الأمْواتِ فى اليَومِ الثَّالثِ وأقَامَنَا مَعهُ.

One is the Holy Spirit, the comforter, Who is one hypostasis, Who proceeds from the Father, cleanness the whole creation, and teaches us to worship the Holy Trinity, one essence and one nature. We praise Him, we bless Him forever. Amen.

واحِدٌ هُوَ الرُّوحُ القُدُسُ المعزَّى الوَاحدُ بإقْنُومِه، مُنبَثقٌ مِنَ الآبِ، يُطهِّرُ كلِّ البَريَّة. يُعلِّمُنا أنْ نَسْجدَ للثَّالُوثِ القُدَّوسِ بِلاهُوتِ واحِدٍ وطَبيعَةٍ واحِدَةٍ، نُسبِّحهُ ونُبارِكهُ إلى الأبَدِ. آمين.

The worshipper says

The prayer of Matins of the blessed day, offered to the Christ, my King and God, and I ask the that He may forgive me my sins.

صَلاةٌ بَاكر مِنَ النَّهارِ المبارَكِ أقدِّمها للْمَسيحِ مَلِكى وإلَهى وأرْجوهُ أنْ يَغْفرَ لِى خَطاياىَ.
