إشفعي فينا يا سيدتنا كلنا السيدة والدة الإله مريم أم مخلصنا. ليغفر لنا خطايانا.

Intercede on our behalf, O fore-runner and baptizer, John the Baptist, that He may forgive us our sins.

اشفع فينا أيها السابق الصابغ يوحنا المعمدان ليغفر لنا خطايانا.

Blessed be the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, the perfect Trinity. We worship Him and glorify Him.

يوحنا إبن زكريا تكلَّموا عنكَ قائلين تلاميذ الرب فى الإنجيل المقدس.

"Among those born of women, no one is greater than you, O John the Baptist, the son of Zacharias."

أنه لم يَقُم بين كل مواليد النساء أعظم من يوحنا المعمدان إبن زكريا.

Isaiah spoke about, John the forerunner saying, "Behold a voice crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord God."

يوحنا السابق، إشعياء تكلَّم عنه: ها صوت صارخ فى البرية أعدُّوا طريق الرب الله.

John the Baptist, the gladness of the wilderness, and the joy of the Jordan, and the caller with reverence.

يوحنا المعمدان، سرور البرارى وفرح الأردن المنادى بالخشوع.

يوحنا كاهن الله نسيب المسيح وإبن الكاهن إبن العاقر.

John the Baptist, the prophet of the Most High, who is of the honored name, more than all the prophets.

يوحنا المعمدان نبى العَلىِ ذو الإسم المكرَّم أكثر من الأنبياء كلهم.

During the time of the ninth, hour at night, our Savior Jesus Christ, came to John the forerunner.

فى وقت الساعة التاسعة ليلاً أتى مخلِّصنا يسوع المسيح إلى يوحنا السابق.

Jesus Christ spoke to Him, in meekness saying, "Arise with Me O John and go, to the waters of the Jordan."

تكلم المسيح معه قائلاً بوداعة: قُم معى يا يوحنا إلى مياه الأردن.

I am Jesus the Son of God, You are John the son of Zacharias, I am Jesus the Son of the Virgin, you are John the son of Elizabeth."

أنا يسوع إبن الله، أنت يوحنا إبن زكريا، أنا يسوع إبن العذراء، أنتَ يوحنا إبن أليصابات.

John says "O Lord I am, not worthy to baptize You," Jesus said "We have to perfect, all righteousness listen to Me."
