8 – Fraction for the Easter

O Christ our God, the chief priest of everlasting goodness, the King of ages who is immortal and eternal, the Word of God who is above all.

أيها المسيح إلهنا رئيس كهنة الخيرات العتيدة، ملك الدهور غير المائت الأبدي، كلمة الله الذي علي الكل.

Who graced us with this great mystery which is His holy body and honoured blood, for the forgiveness of our sins.

Vh`etafer`\mot nan `mpai ni]; `mmucthrion> `ete pefcwma `eqouab nem pef`cnof ettaihout> `e`pxw `ebol `nte nennobi.

الذي أنعم علينا بهذا السر العظيم، الذي هو جسده المقدس ودمه الكريم لغفران خطايانا.

This is the body which He took from our lady and queen of us all Saint Mary, and He made it one with His divinity.

Vai pe picwma `etafsitf `ebol \en tensoic `nnhb thren ;`agi`a Mari`a> ouo\ afaif `nouai nem tefmeqnou;.

هذا هو الجسد الذي أخذه من سيدتنا وملكتنا كلنا القديسة مريم، وجعله واحداً مع لاهوته.

This is He who descended into Hades and ended death and freed the captives, gave the people honour.

Vai pe vh`etaf]enaf `epecht `e`amen;> afkwrf `m`p`ama\i `m`vmou> aferexmalwteuin `nouexmalwci`a af; `n\antai`o `nnirwmi.

هذا هو الذي نزل إلي الجحيم، وأبطل عز الموت، وسبي سبياً، وأعطي الناس كرامات.

Uplifted His saints with Him and offered them as an oblation to His Father. By tasting death on our behalf, He saved those who are alive and gave repose to those who have died.

Nh`eqouab `ntaf af`olou `e`psici nemaf> afthitou `n\andwron `ePefiwt> \iten pefjem;pi `m`vmou 'aron> afno\em `nnheton' ouo\ af;`mton `nnhetaumou.

رفع قديسيه إلي العلا معه، أعطاهم قرباناً لأبيه. بذوقه الموت عنا خلص الأحياء، وأعطي النياح للذين ماتوا.

We also who were sitting in darkness, He graced us with the light of His resurrection through His pure incarnation.

Anon de \wn 'a nhet\emci 'en `pxaki `nouchou> afer`\mot nan `m`vouwini `ntef`anactacic> `ebol\ijen pefjinsicar[ `eqouab.

ونحن أيضاً الجلوس في الظلمة زماناً، أنعم علينا بنور قيامته من قبل تجسده الطاهر.

Let Thy true knowledgeable light shine upon us so that we may shine by Thy life-giving image,

Mareferouwini `eron `nje `vouwini `nte pek`emi `mmhi> eqren;mou`e 'en pek`cmot `nwn'.

فليضئ علينا نور معرفتك الحقيقية لنضئ بشكلك المحيي،

and may dare in intimacy and without fear to cry unto Thy Father who art in Heaven and say:

Ouo\ `ntenertolman 'en ouparrhci`a `nater\o;> `ew] oube Pekiwt et 'en nibhou`i> ouo\ `ejoc.

ونجسر بدالة بغير خوف أن نصرخ نحو أبيك الذي في السموات ونقول:

Our Father …

Je Peniwt ...

أبانا الذي ... إلخ.
